Service Description

Consistency is a big part of what our bodies need - this first session is meant to determine goodness of fit between client and practitioner. Future sessions can only be booked via a plan. At Embodied NYC, we understand that every individual needs something different when it comes to taking care of their body. That's why we offer our Signature Care plan, a personalized and collaborative care approach tailored to your unique needs. Using Somatic Experiencing® skills and decades of knowledge and skill in massage therapy, we will work together to find the best way to be with what brought you in. Our sessions can range from seated work with no touch to a “regular” massage, with the goal of helping you in the way that works best for you.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations less than 24 hrs before appointment time will forfeit the deposit amount. No shows, cancellations or rescheduling 8 hours or less before appointment time will incur an additional $30 fee.
